The LIQUID Collection is a 21+ series of events. ID is required for wristband pickup and re-entry to all venues.

A LIQUID collection admission wristband includes access to all two hotel venues, subject to capacity limits.

Everyone is subject to search on entry to venues.

Lost or misplaced wristbands will not be replaced under any circumstance.

After Hours is a separately ticketed entry. All LIQUID Collection policies apply.

After Hours programming runs from 8:00PM to 2:00AM on Saturday nights.

PURCHASE PROCESS & DISCOUNT CODES
How do I avail of a discount code for The LIQUID Collection? We encourage you sign up to our mailing list. Codes will be emailed, keep an eye out. The discount code is limited.
Does registering for the code guarantee a discount on passes? A presale registration code does not guarantee availability for passes or hotel packages.
I haven’t received a discount code yet, what should I do? Good things take time, be sure you've signed up to our mailing list with your email and cell number.

PASSES & WRISTBANDS
How do I pickup my wristband? All wristbands will be available for pickup upon event check-in. Unless you have booked a hotel package, you will receive your pass when you check-in at the respective host hotels. Each guest needs to pick up their own wristband for ID check.
Does The LIQUID Collection Passes and Hotel Packages have a minimum age? Each guest must be 21+ in order to attend.
Can I use the passes for any weekend? Unless you are a season pass holder or "I Want It All" season pass holder, passes and hotel packages are good only for the date booked.
Does a GA wristband include After Hours access? After Hours passes must be purchased separately. Unless you have purchased a COMBO Pass, Season Pass, IWIA Pass, or a hotel package or are a private member GA wristbands do not include admission to After Hours.
Can I transfer my pass to a friend? Unfortunately, we do not permit transfer of passes.

RULES & REQUIRED READING
Code of Conduct The LIQUID Collection is committed to creating a safe experience for our guests, staff, and venues. EXPECTATIONS Be respectful of hotel property and staff. Clean up your rooms when you leave. All decor must be removed from rooms and walls prior to departure. If any adhesive damages walls or railings, incidental excessive cleaning fees will be incurred. No outside food or beverage is permitted at the pools. Most importantly, be safe, have fun and wear sunscreen!
ACTIONS THAT WILL GET YOU REMOVED FROM ALL LIQUID COLLECTION EVENTS Unwanted advances or harrassment of any kind will result in immediate removal, termination of any memberships and banned from all events. Any individual participating in this behavior may be IMMEDIATELY removed from the site and all passes revoked. No refund will be issued if ejected. When there is no fire or emergency, falsely pulling any fire alarm is strictly prohibited. This offense is subject to an immediate removal and permanent ban from the event and is a misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in jail and/or up to $1,000 in criminal fines. Removing, tampering, or breaking smoke detectors or any fire equipment on property. Smoke machines are prohibited. Do not throw anything off of your balconies. Irresponsible use of alcohol. Possession/use/sale of illegal drugs. Urinating in public (anywhere other than a proper restroom). Fighting or engaging in any action that may harm, endanger, threaten or bring discomfort to anyone. Damage, destruction, vandalism or theft of any property.
House Rules The Golden Rule: Treat our hotels like you would treat your own home. Please do not damage or vandalize these properties! Clean up your room when you leave. Remember that real human beings work here. Hotel employees are our friends. Treat them with respect. Make friends with your neighbors. Many lifelong friendships have been forged here. No need to move your furniture. The feng shui is just fine as-is. Don’t throw anything off your balcony except waves, winks, and invites to your birthday party. Believe it or not, people need to sleep. Be aware of your music and noise volume.
Pool Rules The Golden Rule: Treat our LIQUID Collection mates like you would treat your best friend. No fighting or being rude! No Nudity - Pasties are required for women unless specified by the host venues. Respect other people’s differences, backgrounds, orientations, and opinions. Listen to our staff and safety personnel. We are here working for you! Smile and say hello to strangers. You never know who's your next best friend. Wear whatever makes you feel good and don’t be afraid to dress up. Have your ID available. Leave your phone in your hotel room and see where your feet take you. Drink lots of water and consume alcohol responsibly. No outside food, beverage, glass, or any prohibited items at the pools!
Public Safety Crowd management and safety are of utmost importance. We work hand in hand with law enforcement and public safety agencies to help ensure the safety of our events. Because of those very same concerns, we are unable to publicly comment on detailed, specific actions which are taken. Some of the safety measures you will notice upon your arrival such as bag checks and safety screenings. Please note that we will implement searches upon event entry. Please note the Prohibited Items list, these will be refused by the search staff and must be disposed of or returned to room by patron. If you, or a friend, require medical assistance please locate your nearest medical location or alert a staff member. And remember: if you see something, say something. Flag down any staff member or Public Safety official if you notice something that doesn’t seem quite right.
