Ticket Terms and Conditions
EFFECTIVE March 28th 2024
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the sale and use of tickets ("Ticket" or "Tickets") for events ("Event" or "Events") organized by The LIQUID Collection ("Event Organizer"). By purchasing or using a Ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Ticket Purchase
1.1 Authorized Sellers: Tickets should only be purchased from authorized sellers designated by the Event Organizer, such as the official event website, authorized ticketing platforms, or physical box offices. Purchasing from unauthorized sources, such as scalpers or secondary ticketing websites, may result in the invalidation of the Ticket without refund.
1.2 Ticket Validity: Each Ticket is valid for admission to the specific Event indicated on the Ticket. Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Event Organizer. Any attempt to transfer, resell, or counterfeit Tickets may result in refusal of entry to the Event.
1.3 Ticket Pricing: Ticket prices are determined by the Event Organizer and are subject to change at any time. All prices are in US dollars and inclusive of applicable taxes and fees, unless otherwise stated. The Event Organizer reserves the right to offer discounts, promotional pricing, or special packages at their discretion.
1.4 Refunds and Exchanges: All Ticket sales are final unless otherwise required by law or determined by the Event Organizer. In the event of a cancellation or significant change to the Event, Ticket holders may be eligible for a refund or exchange as determined by the Event Organizer. Refunds will typically be issued using the original method of payment.
2. Event Entry
2.1 Admission Requirements: Entry to the Event is restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. A valid government-issued ID verifying age will be required for entry.
2.2 Admission Restrictions: Entry to the Event is subject to compliance with venue rules and regulations, as well as any additional requirements specified by the Event Organizer. This may include age restrictions, dress codes, or restrictions on bringing outside food or beverages.
2.3 Ticket Presentation: Each Ticket must be presented for scanning upon entry to the Event. The Ticket barcode or QR code must be legible and unaltered. Duplicate or altered Tickets will not be honored, and entry may be refused.
2.4 Entry Restrictions: The Event Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any individual from the Event for reasons including, but not limited to, disorderly conduct, violation of venue rules, or failure to comply with these Terms. In such cases, no refund will be provided for the Ticket.
3. Event Changes and Cancellations
3.1 Event Changes: The Event Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Event, including changes in performers, schedule, or venue. In the event of such changes, Ticket holders will be notified via email or other contact information provided at the time of purchase. Tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled Event or a suitable alternative, or a refund may be offered at the discretion of the Event Organizer.
3.2 Event Cancellation: If an Event is canceled, Ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the face value of the Ticket. Refunds will typically be processed automatically using the original method of payment. Ticket holders may be required to follow specific instructions to claim their refund if purchased through certain channels.
4. Liability
4.1 Assumption of Risk: Attendance at the Event is at your own risk. The Event Organizer, venue owner, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage, whether direct or indirect, arising from your attendance at the Event. This includes but is not limited to personal injury, property damage, or theft.
4.2 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Event Organizer, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your attendance at the Event. This includes legal fees incurred in defending against any claims brought against the Event Organizer as a result of your actions or omissions.
5. Additional Terms
5.1 Dress Code Enforcement: Beach club attire is required for entry to the Event. Management reserves all rights to determine proper attire, and the dress code will be strictly enforced. All ticket sales are final, and refunds will not be offered if you do not meet the dress code requirement.
5.2 Prohibited Items: The following items are strictly prohibited at the Event:
- Illegal Drugs / Paraphernalia
- Vaporizers / E-Cigs
- Weapons / Sharp Objects
- Over-The-Counter Medications
- Backpacks or large bags
- Vitamins
- Eye Drops or Contact Lens Solution Cleaner
- Liquid Hand Sanitizer
- Tissues
- Wet Naps / Baby Wipes
- Outside Food, Beverage, or Containers
- Toys, Props, or Inflatables
- Video Cameras, Go Pros, and SLR Cameras (unless previously approved by Management)
5.3 House Rules:
- Valid government-issued ID is required for entry
- Venue is not responsible for lost or stolen items
- By entering Venue, you grant permission to be videotaped & photographed
- All Patrons are subject to search
- Entry is subject to dress code and house rules
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
6.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Event shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Arizona.
6.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
